Our returns policy for Mother of the Bride dresses offers two options. The first option is to receive a credit note for the full value of your purchased item. The second option is to receive a cash refund, with a 15% deduction. 

Cash refund example, Purchase Price £100.00, the deduction fee would be £15, resulting in a cash refund of £85.00.

Returns, including sale items, are within 14 days from date of delivery.

If you request for a return pre paid label we can arrange for Royal Mail to collect your parcel and return it back to us. This is priced at £6.95 and the cost will be deducted from your refund. return labels apply to UK customers only. 

Items marked as CLEARANCE are excluded from returns. 

International Customers should select the box that states, I will post using my own courier, the full return address along with an authorisation code will sent within 24 hours.

Items must be in unworn and in the same condition. Garments that have deodorant stains, make up marks, stains, pulls, runs or perfume or smoke odours will not be accepted for return. All items are carefully checked over before they are sent out and as such we can confirm that they are in perfect condition. If for any reason it is not in it's original condition there will be no refund.

We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the return back. Please allow a further 5 business days for this to reflect in your accounts.
